Homeowners and contractors

PermitNext shows building permits exactly as Miami-Dade County and the City of Miami publish them. Here is what appears, what never appears, and how to have an address or a business name left out.

What we show

  • Property address (street name only on free and public pages)
  • The work described on the permit, its type, and the value the applicant reported
  • The contractor's business name, business phone, and license number, as published on the permit
  • The permit number and issue date

What we never show

  • Property owner names. We never request that field from the county or the city.
  • Homeowner phone numbers or emails. They are not in the public record we use.
  • Anything from behind a login or from a data broker.

Leave an address or business out of future digests

Takes effect immediately for all future digests, CSV exports, and public pages. We do not verify identity for suppression requests; anyone may ask.
