Effective 2026-09-07. Plain-language terms for the PermitNext email service operated by Logic Talk AI LLC, 1000 Brickell Ave #715 PMB 392, Miami, FL 33131 ("we"). By subscribing, starting a trial, or paying, you agree to these terms.
A digest email of building-permit records drawn from public open-data sources (Miami-Dade County's building department, which covers the county's unincorporated areas, and the City of Miami; other municipalities are not included), sorted by automated rules into trade categories. Free plan: weekly, limited rows. Pro plan: daily, the morning after the county or city posts the record, full rows, CSV export, billed through Stripe.
It is not a consented lead list, a marketing list, or legal advice. Records are public information; we do not verify them beyond the source, and classification can be wrong. Confirm against the official permit record before relying on it.
You are solely responsible for how you contact anyone identified through the service, including compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. 501.059), CAN-SPAM, and federal and state Do-Not-Call rules. The service is not a consumer reporting agency and the data is not a consumer report. You may not use it to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing. Do not use any autodialer, prerecorded or artificial voice, or text message to reach any number shown; many published numbers are mobile numbers. Before calling any number, check it against the National Do Not Call Registry and the Florida Do Not Call list. You must comply with the Telemarketing Sales Rule and any local solicitation ordinance. You may forward the free weekly digest to your own customers. Pro digests and exports are for internal use by one company; do not resell, republish, or redistribute them. Do not use the service to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Logic Talk AI LLC and its owner from any claim, fine, penalty, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your contact with any person or business identified through the service or from your breach of these terms.
Pro is $99 per month (or the founding or annual rate shown at checkout) and renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. A trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled first; we email you before the first charge. Cancel anytime from the manage link in any email or through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops the next charge and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Full refund, no questions, if requested within 7 days of any charge. Prices exclude taxes; none currently apply in Florida.
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law. Suppression takes effect for future sends only; we cannot recall digests or files already delivered.
These terms are governed by Florida law. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class or representative action.
